You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Send our support team your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with simple steps and the return address.
If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the buyer may need to pay return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the payment to appear on your account.
Need a replacement? We can send a new item after we receive the returned product. If the item is out of stock, we can refund your payment instead
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Send a photo of the item and the packaging. We will fix the issue quickly.
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
· Used or installed cables
· Custom-cut or special-order cables
· Items returned without original packaging
· Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships. If the order has already shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
